Memorial Designer (3D / CAD)
Compensation: Fixed salary
Salary range: $4,500–$6,000 / month depending on experience
Description
Memorial Designer turns families’ ideas into accurate, beautiful memorial designs — from the first sketch to the production-ready file.
You will prepare 3D previews for customers, adapt designs to cemetery regulations, and hand over clean files to engraving and production.
Responsibilities
- Creating memorial layouts, inscriptions, and artwork based on customer requests.
- Preparing 3D previews and revisions until the design is approved.
- Checking designs against cemetery size, shape, and material regulations.
- Preparing production and engraving files (vector, stencil, laser).
- Working closely with sales consultants on custom and urgent projects.
Qualification & Experience
2+ years of experience in graphic, product, or monument design.
Confident in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator and any 3D tool (Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino).
Portfolio is required.
Soft Skills
Eye for detail and typography, patience with revisions, clear communication, and the ability to work with sensitive topics respectfully.
